CZ Shadow 2 recoil reduction springs

A recoil reduction system replaces the factory guide rod and recoil spring of your CZ Shadow 2. A multi-spring rod spreads the recoil over several springs, so the pistol moves less and you get back on target faster. Changeable external springs let you tune the system to your ammunition. You can choose two DPM systems, made in Greece.

DPM recoil reduction system

• Multi-spring recoil rod with 3 springs inside.
• 4 external recoil springs: 2 short springs with 1.0 mm wire for heavy ammunition, and 2 long springs with 0.95 mm wire for soft ammunition and hand loads.
• Spring rates of 6, 7, 8 and 9 lb, 22 lb total power.

DPM adjustable recoil reduction system

• Multi-spring recoil rod.
• 3 buffer tubes of different lengths.
• 4 external recoil springs of different strengths.

With buffer tubes and springs to combine, the adjustable system gives you more settings to tune.

Which pistols the systems fit

The compatibility list covers the CZ Shadow 2, Shadow 2 OR, Shadow 2 SA and Shadow 2 Urban Grey. The Shadow 2 Orange is not in the list. The Compact and Carry have their own systems, see CZ Shadow 2 Compact recoil reduction springs and CZ Shadow 2 Carry recoil reduction springs.

Does the DPM system fit the Shadow 2 Orange?

No. The Shadow 2 Orange is not in the compatibility list of these systems.

The long springs with 0.95 mm wire. They are made for soft ammunition and hand loads.
