CZ Shadow 2 Compact springs

Springs in the trigger group of your CZ Shadow 2 Compact set the trigger pull, the reset and the extraction. Lighter springs make the pull lighter, stronger ones make the reset more positive. You can choose springs from Eemann Tech, Zendl and Toni System, and a DPM recoil reduction system made for the Compact.

Springs you can choose

• Trigger springs: standard from Eemann Tech, lighter from Zendl and Toni System, -15 % or +10 % from Eemann Tech.
• Sear springs: standard from Zendl and Eemann Tech, -10 % from Eemann Tech.
• Firing pin spring: weaker from Toni System.
• Extractor springs: for 9x19 and 9x21, standard or +10 %.
• Magazine catch release spring: -10 % from Eemann Tech.

Zendl and Toni System recommend their lighter trigger springs when you change a DA pistol to SA, for a finer trigger pull.

Recoil reduction

The DPM recoil reduction system for the Shadow 2 Compact replaces the factory recoil system. It has a recoil rod with 3 springs inside and 4 external springs: gold 1.0 mm springs at 6.2 and 7.3 lb for softer slide travel, and silver 1.1 mm springs at 7 and 8.15 lb for stronger slide travel.
