A thumb rest, also called a gas pedal, gives the thumb of your support hand a fixed place on the CZ TS 2. Your grip is more consistent from shot to shot and you control the recoil better. The TS 2 takes two kinds: thumb rests that screw onto the frame, and slide stops with an integrated thumb rest. You can choose from CZ, Toni System, Eemann Tech and BT.
Thumb rests for the frame
These replace the factory thumb rest and fit frames that are pre-drilled with a thumb rest cut, with 11 mm hole spacing. Screws are included.

The angle decides how your thumb lies on the rest, so choose the one that matches your grip.
Thumb rest for a side mount
If you use a Toni System side mount for a red dot, the Toni System thumb rest for the side mount fits onto it. It has a 52° support angle, a 26 x 20 mm surface and 10 mounting holes, so you can adjust its position. It was developed for the Open division.

The Eemann Tech slide stops work as a normal slide stop, but if you press on the thumb rest, the slide may not stay open after the last shot. The BT part never holds the slide open. All three are drop-in, with no fitting.

Frequently asked questions
Does my frame need holes for a thumb rest?
Yes, for the CZ and Toni System thumb rests. They fit frames pre-drilled with a thumb rest cut. The slide stops with thumb rest need no holes.
Will the slide lock open after the last shot?
With the Eemann Tech slide stops yes, unless you press on the thumb rest. The BT part never holds the slide open.
